As our Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence across multiple regions and business lines. Your expertise in process optimization, data-driven decision making, and team leadership will help us streamline processes, enhance service delivery, and improve customer experience quality.

 

**Role Responsibilities**

 

We're looking for a strategic leader who can drive continuous improvement efforts, identify inefficiencies in operational workflows, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on process improvements and operational goals
  • Analyzing performance metrics, conducting deep-dive analyses, and providing actionable insights to drive operational excellence
  • Collaborating with Product, Vendor Management, WFM, Operations, and other CX teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Overseeing large-scale global projects aimed at improving scalability and consistency in service operations

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

 

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Mandatory fluent English & Spanish, with advanced communication skills (written and spoken)
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service operations, process improvement, or a similar operational leadership role, preferably in a global setting
  • 3+ years managing teams or cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
  • Ability to lead individuals in creating and executing the best solutions for the business, partners, and consumers
