We're seeking a highly motivated Associate IT Support Technician to join our global team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support services to our users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track hardware inventory in the office, ensuring accurate records and efficient asset lifecycle management.
  • Educate and support Windows and Mac users locally and globally, providing expert guidance on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Respond to service desk incidents and change requests in a timely manner, adhering to established SLAs and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • D diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues, leveraging your analytical skills and technical expertise.
  • Identify and escalate critical incidents requiring urgent attention, prioritizing user needs and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Create, delete, and maintain user system accounts and passwords in Active Directory, corporate email systems, phone systems, and related applications.
  • Configure and provision end-user hardware while maintaining accurate records, supporting the Asset lifecycle for computers, accessories, and telephony.
  • Adhere to ITIL-based processes, logging all service desk incidents and requests, and maintaining detailed records for audit purposes.
  • Forecast and prepare the team for rapid deployment of systems and peripherals, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience supporting users in a help desk or customer service environment, preferably in a multi-platform environment.
  • Leadership skills with a growth mindset, empowering teams to excel and drive results.
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and strong collaboration skills to support cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to work in diverse organizations and analyze complex system processes.
  • Reliable work habits, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ITIL v3/v4 Foundations, A+, .NET+, and/or Microsoft Certified Professional certifications, demonstrating advanced technical knowledge and skills.

Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, with opportunities for career growth and professional development within Anthology.
