We offer an excellent compensation package, including a salary of 4,100,000 COP per month. Our ideal candidate is a responsible and proactive individual with strong communication skills, capable of providing top-notch technical support while handling confidential information with sensitivity.

A good listener who enjoys helping others resolve issues efficiently, our successful candidate should possess a B2 level of English proficiency (80%) and a C1 level of Portuguese proficiency (90%). With a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, IT, or Web Tech Support, this role requires a motivated and empathetic professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
