The role of the Global Technical Support Specialist is to provide technical support to the network of authorized service providers.
Main activities include:
- Responding to diagnostic requests from the service network received through our online system.
- Maintaining response times within brand parameters.
- Escalating difficult-to-solve cases that pose a risk to users or have legal implications.
- Actively participating in technical meetings.
- Managing diagnostic equipment at our training centers.
Key skills required for this role include:
- Ability to work in an organized and methodical manner.
- Self-management.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge.
- Responsibility.
- Ability to interact with diverse client types.
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proactivity.
In addition to these key skills, proficiency in English and Portuguese (oral and written) is also essential.
