About the Role:

Clevertap, the world's leading all-in-one customer engagement platform, is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive Success Plans to drive product adoption and value realization for our customers.
  2. Conduct regular health checks to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  3. Foster strong relationships with customers, developing a network of champions within each account through education, coaching, and influencing skills.
  4. Represent Clevertap as a trusted advisor, advocate, and marketing thought leader, conducting regular executive business reviews to ensure alignment with customer goals.
  5. Collaborate with customers to develop, launch, and manage marketing campaigns focused on engagement and revenue goals.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for digital marketing and analytics, providing expert insights to customers.
  7. Leverage customer data and industry trends to deliver actionable recommendations that drive business results.
  8. Ensure customers maximize the value of Clevertap by leveraging the full platform functionality.
  9. Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
  10. Manage customer concerns with confidence and empathy, providing personalized support to meet their unique needs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in a Customer Success Management role, preferably in marketing, agency, or consulting environments.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to confidently project manage technical projects with multiple moving parts.
  • Flexibility to travel across India as needed.
  • B.E (Computer Science), B.E (Information Technology), or B.Sc (IT) degree.

  3. Product adoption - breadth and depth

Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
