About the Role

In this dynamic position, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute tailored strategic plans that maximize customer value and drive business outcomes. Your expertise will help customers unlock their full potential with HubSpot, while fostering long-term relationships and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans aligned with customer goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess progress, provide support, and ensure seamless onboarding processes.
  • Partner with HubSpot's expert teams to deliver targeted training, enablement, and coaching to customers.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and drive actionable insights.
  • Aptitude for learning software and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
