We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Administrator to join our team at Somewhere. This is a full-time position, working 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, Monday to Friday.

**Job Description:**

  • The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between the customer, customer success manager, and product teams to drive customer value and product improvements.
  • They will effectively communicate updates and adjustments made to empower customers to own similar changes in the future.
  • This role involves managing and assisting with numerous customer accounts.
  • The successful candidate will help customer success managers execute identified tasks.
  • They will execute tasks from customer support requests.

**Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working for SAAS-based companies.
  • Ability to manage a software platform and perform administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with Notion and willingness to learn the proprietary software of the client.
  • Fluency in English and comfort in interfacing with customers in both written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to handle and work through tickets with client requests.
  • A quick learner who can master the company's software to assist clients effectively.

**Benefits and Perks:

  • $1,200 to $1,250 per month (depending on interview assessment and client approval).
