Dynamic Channel Sales Professional for LATAM Region

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Channel Account Manager in the LATAM region. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering and managing mutually beneficial relationships with a defined portfolio of partners.

Job DescriptionThe Channel Account Manager will be a quota-carrying, revenue-producing role that identifies and onboards new channel partners, including resellers and transacting through a distributor. You will engage and manage SAS resources in support of partnership objectives and sales opportunities, driving weekly, monthly, and quarterly partner alignment sessions to review pipelines and develop account penetration strategies.
You will work with assigned partners to develop an annual joint business plan that defines strategies and activities to meet revenue goals, identifying and resolving partner performance and participation issues before they impact our market performance.
Maintaining partner competence through training and certifications is essential, and you will be a channel advocate and business advisor to partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience as a Channel Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
- Deep understanding of modern sales techniques, channel sales, and partner relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and negotiating effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
