Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Partnership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Strategic Partnerships group, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and excellence across our Latam markets.
Job SummaryThis exciting opportunity involves working closely with our Director, Strategic Partnerships to support and implement partnership excellence activities within the assigned region. You will be responsible for driving execution of the Channel Partners Excellence Program (PEP) across Latam, with up to 20% of your time dedicated to supporting projects or activities across international markets.
Key Responsibilities- Ownership of the Partnership Excellence Program for Latam markets, ensuring local commercial teams are fully engaged and executing PEP initiatives.
- Be the Partnership Excellence touch point for identified Strategic and Key Channel Partners, acting as an additional resource to the commercial team for identifying and closing gaps to enhance the customer experience.
- Own and manage the contract database for Latam markets within the contracting tool, championing its use, facilitating training, and troubleshooting for local users.
- Provide reporting and analytics, oversee the channel partner onboarding/exit process, distributor assessment, checklists, etc.
- Own the tracking and reporting of PEP program benefits and initiatives, work with sales leadership to develop and enhance partner engagement activities.
- Drive local execution of PEP initiatives, e.g., opportunity management, tender improvement, pricing initiatives, and trace data initiative.
- Own and maintain a robust partner database and provide central PEP-related communications directly to Strategic Partners.
- Oversee the PBR process across Latam, including provision of content and attendance where required.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in channel partnerships and a proven track record of success in driving business growth and excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, Life Sciences) or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of channel partnership experience, with a strong understanding of partnership development, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Advance fluency in English and Spanish (speak, read, write).
- Solid Microsoft Office user, advanced Excel skills, including knowledge of macros and pivot tables, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
- Business analytical skills essential, excellent organizational skills, and time management.
- Excellent business influential skills, strong time-management skills, and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 and $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
