We're seeking a seasoned Channel Account Manager to lead our sales efforts in Spanish-speaking Latin America. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for building strong relationships with key partners and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

About the Job:
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of channel partners, including resellers and distributors. Your primary objective will be to meet or exceed revenue targets by developing and maintaining strong relationships with these partners. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new channel partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  • Develop and execute annual joint business plans with assigned partners, focusing on revenue growth and account penetration strategies.
  • Engage with SAS resources to support partnership objectives and sales opportunities, including direct sales, channel marketing, customer advisory, and line of business representatives.
  • Maintain partner competence through training and certifications, ensuring they have the skills needed to effectively sell SAS products and solutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience as a Channel Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
  • Deep understanding of modern sales techniques, channel sales, and partner relationship management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
