International Sales Manager for LATAM Region

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an International Sales Manager for the LATAM region. This is a quota-carrying, revenue-producing role that requires a strong background in managing channel business relationships and processes to drive sales of our products and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new channel partners, including resellers and distributors.
  • Meet revenue targets by developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing channel partners.
  • Engage and manage SAS resources in support of partnership objectives and sales opportunities.
  • Drive partner alignment sessions to review pipelines and develop account penetration strategies.
  • Work with assigned partners to develop joint business plans and identify performance issues.
  • Maintain partner competence through training and certifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience as a Channel Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
  • Deep understanding of modern sales techniques, channel sales, and partner relationship management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Selling skills and sales strategy development.
  • Experience in developing joint business plans.
  • Presentation skills at the CxO level.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage through influence.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
