Drive Sales through Targeted Trade Marketing

We are seeking a skilled Trade Marketing Manager to join our team in Colombia. As a dynamic and innovative marketer, you will develop and execute targeted marketing plans and trade promotions to drive sales within the trade channel.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a focus on the pharmaceutical or dermatological industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with trade partners, negotiating programs to maximize brand visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing plans and trade promotions to drive sales within the trade channel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, negotiating programs to maximize brand visibility and sales.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful product launches and ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the trade channel marketing budget and establish KPIs to measure effectiveness, providing regular performance reports.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager focused on the trade channel within the pharmaceutical/dermatological industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to turn market insights into actionable initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills with trade channel partners.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and budget management to deliver results in dynamic environments.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
