Seligo Tech is seeking an experienced leader to oversee its L2 Technical Support and requirements team. This role will be responsible for supporting the corporate business with its technical requirements, offering world-class service, and implementing permanent improvement initiatives.

About the Role

This position will involve leading, mentoring, and guiding a high-performing team to achieve their targets. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining KPIs, handling customer escalations, resolving complex technical issues promptly and effectively, and evaluating and redefining support processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of technical professionals to deliver high-quality service and meet performance targets.
  • Create and maintain KPIs to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Evaluate and redefine support processes to ensure they are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • 4 years of proven experience with API calls, logs, and SQL.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a technical team leader and working with global customers.

Benefits and Salary
