Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technical Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional customer experiences via chats and emails, ensuring timely resolutions to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide proactive and reactive technical support via various communication channels
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and product knowledge
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level)
- Experience in technical support or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A positive and responsible attitude
