Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional customer experiences via chats and emails, ensuring timely resolutions to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive and reactive technical support via various communication channels
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and product knowledge
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level)
  • Experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A positive and responsible attitude
