Latin America Sales Director for Transport and Logistics Solutions

We are seeking an accomplished sales leader to oversee our commercial activities in Latin America, based in Mexico. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets and experience within the Mining and Transport & Logistics industry.

This position involves driving sales objectives, identifying new business opportunities, and building high-performing teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Mentoring and coaching team members to ensure their success
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions
- Identifying new business opportunities through lead generation and research
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets. Strong communication, networking, and leadership skills are essential for this role.
