Global Business Development Director for Latin America

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Business Development Director for Latin America to join our team at Werfenlife SA.
About the RoleThis is a senior leadership position responsible for driving business growth in the Latin American market. The successful candidate will be an expert in developing and implementing business strategies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics), and be familiar with the regulatory environment in Latin America.
About YouTo be considered for this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Science or Business-related field, preferably with an MBA
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the healthcare industry, with a focus on Latin America
- Excellent grasp of profitability concepts and P&L influencers
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP
We offer a competitive salary package, which includes:
- An estimated annual salary range of $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience
