The global leader in telematics and fleet management solutions, Omnicomm, is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead its operations in Latin America.
Based in Colombia, this exciting role offers the opportunity to join a pioneering company with a strong track record of performance. With a solid foundation in sales and business development, you will drive growth and expansion across the region.
About the Role
- Sales Growth Strategist: You will be responsible for driving sales objectives, achieving commercial targets, and identifying new business opportunities through strategic client relationships.
- Team Leadership: As a high-performing team leader, you will mentor and coach a team of sales professionals, ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers while implementing performance management actions when necessary.
- Market Insights Expert: Your analytical skills will be pivotal in monitoring market trends, providing regular competitor analysis, and recommending innovative solutions to stay ahead of the competition.
- Client Relationship Builder: You will foster strong relationships with existing clients, setting weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets for the team, and driving them to achieve these goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management within the mining and transport & logistics industry.
- A proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets and a strong ability to independently manage P&L.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills.
