Omnicomm, a leading developer and manufacturer of fleet and fuel management solutions, is seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join its team in Latin America.
About the OpportunityThis role offers a unique chance to lead business growth in Latin America, leveraging Omnicomm's expertise in fleet management solutions. As Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving sales objectives, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets in Latin America.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Buid a high-performing team by providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance.
- Monitor market trends and provide competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
- Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Account Executive roles, preferably in the Mining and Transport & Logistics industry.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong networker and relationship builder.
- A competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
