Omnicomm, a pioneering developer and manufacturer of complete fleet and fuel management solutions, is seeking an exceptional Lead Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion in Latin America.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, ideally within the Mining and Transport & Logistics industry. Your proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets will be instrumental in driving our commercial budget and achieving revenue goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sales objectives and achieve commercial targets.
  2. IDentify new sales opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, leveraging your exceptional interpersonal skills.
  3. Bulid and lead a high-performing team by providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance, ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers.
  4. Maintain accurate records of performance using databases and tools, monitoring market trends and competitor analysis.
  5. Generate new business leads through research, cold calling, emailing, and other activities, followed by effective qualification and handover to the sales teams.

About You

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales or a related role, preferably in the Mining and Transport & Logistics industry.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are a strong networker and relationship builder.
  • You are a skilled mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams and drive results.
  • You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
