Job Summary
Omnicomm, a pioneering developer and manufacturer of fleet management solutions, seeks an experienced Senior Latin America Sales Director to drive sales growth in the region. With a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets, you will lead a high-performing team in building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Our cutting-edge solutions include LLS fuel-level sensors, tracking terminals, and fleet management services, supported by unique fuel data processing algorithms ensuring high accuracy. As a trusted partner, we deliver our products through a network of dealers and system integration partners.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets
- Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships
- Building a high-performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database
- Managing a team of 1-5 people
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience within a B2B Sales/Account Executive or Inside Sales/Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Mining and Transport & Logistics industry
- A proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets
- Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills
- A strong networker & relationship builder
- Excellent ability to independently manage P&L
- Strong analytical skills and comfort dealing with numerical data
