We are looking for a driven, self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team at Ingepsy as an Inside Sales Agent. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing company revolutionizing the heavy equipment rental industry across North America.
About the Company:Ingepsy is a two-sided online marketplace platform that connects customers with a vast network of suppliers, streamlining the process of finding and renting the right equipment for any project. With a customer-centric approach and a commitment to innovation, we are transforming the construction and infrastructure sectors.
About the Role:As an Inside Sales Representative, you will execute targeted strategies to drive opportunities for new business growth with contractors in the construction and agriculture industries. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Qualifying prospective customers over the phone and educating them on why Ingepsy is right for their business.
- Responding to inbound customer emails and phone calls, and taking the lead on helping the customer place an order with support from your teammates.
- Conducting verification processes for each sale, gathering supporting documentation, and organizing accordingly.
- Achieving monthly targets of qualified opportunities, pipeline attribution, and closing deals.
- Generating new business opportunities through calling and emailing contractors to build your sales pipeline.
- Researching and building new accounts by adding contacts, sending emails, and making strategic calls.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred), or relevant working experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service, inside sales, or call center environment.
- Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual who can hit the ground running.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements as the business develops.
- Motivation by success and achieving company targets.
- An understanding of prospecting and CRM tools (an asset).
We offer an estimated salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on the job description, location, and industry standards.
