Key Responsibilities

  • Sell KIL products and services through inbound and outbound calls, focusing on customer needs and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Manage the Brazil leads pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and agency accounts.
  • Work closely with the admissions team to resolve customer complaints and improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Native fluency in Portuguese and second language fluency in English.
  • Results-oriented and experienced in field sales, cold calling, and client relationship management.
  • Ability to pitch business to customers with confidence and influence senior-level decision-makers.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
