About the Role

In this key position, you'll play a crucial role in the success of our sales team by identifying potential customers and developing targeted outbound prospecting strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with account executives to identify potential customers and develop targeted outbound prospecting strategies.
  2. Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities through various channels, such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms to engage leads.
  3. Qualify outbound-sourced leads based on defined criteria and schedule qualified leads for follow-up discovery meetings with account executives.
  4. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for outbound prospecting efforts.
Requirements

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with native language fluency in Portuguese and experience working with/in the Brazilian market.

  1. Authorized to work in Colombia.
  2. Prior sales experience or a strong desire to begin a sales career path.
  3. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about succeeding in a metric-driven sales role.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Comfortable making daily cold calls and spending part of the day on the phone and email.
  6. Experience with sales tools such as HubSpot Sales Hub, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
