Sales Development Representative

In this key position, you'll play a crucial role in the success of our sales team by identifying potential customers and developing targeted outbound prospecting strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with account executives to identify potential customers and develop targeted outbound prospecting strategies.
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities through various channels, such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms to engage leads.
- Qualify outbound-sourced leads based on defined criteria and schedule qualified leads for follow-up discovery meetings with account executives.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for outbound prospecting efforts.
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with native language fluency in Portuguese and experience working with/in the Brazilian market.
- Authorized to work in Colombia.
- Prior sales experience or a strong desire to begin a sales career path.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about succeeding in a metric-driven sales role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable making daily cold calls and spending part of the day on the phone and email.
- Experience with sales tools such as HubSpot Sales Hub, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
