Sales Leader for Brazil Growth Specialist Team

Job Summary
As a Sales Leader for our Brazil Growth Specialist team, you will be responsible for executing our world-class sales methodology, hiring exceptional talent, and delivering sales quota each month. You will also be expected to coach and develop your team, build a sales environment and culture that we can be proud of, and collaborate well with other sales managers, directors, and executives to aid the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales team to meet monthly goals: activity metrics, forecasted opportunities, and revenue targets.
- Build confidence and trust with direct reports and provide developmental feedback for continuous improvement.
- Coach team members to develop their professional sales skills.
- Collaborate well with other sales managers, directors, and executives to aid the growth of the business.
- Supervise and conduct training on skills improvement, inbound sales, product, and marketing topics.
- Maintain headcount via recruiting, selecting, and training new Corporate Growth Specialists.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge of inbound marketing and the HubSpot platform.
- Understand your country market(s) and build and execute plans to grow them.
- Demonstrate HubSpot core values and leadership traits.
- Understand leadership training styles and apply to interactions with direct reports.
Requirements
- 3+ years leading a sales team or coaching/mentoring others.
- Professional fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Experience leading a consultative sales process, with an ability to segment and manage territories effectively and work with partners to win business.
- Superior coaching skills - ability to observe, evaluate, and use various techniques to improve results.
- Detail-oriented and the ability to manage multiple objectives.
- Good prospecting skills - demonstrate effectiveness on the first part of the HubSpot sales methodology (Research & Connect, Explore & Strategize, Demo & Close Call).
- Strong analytic skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results in order to drive changes in team behaviors and build growth plans.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to drive business results through collaboration.
- Strong individual and team motivation skills, with high self-awareness and good interpersonal and EQ skills.
- Personal responsibility to hit monthly team goal and positive attitude.
