Brazil Market Sales Representative

Job Overview:
Kaplan International is seeking an experienced sales professional to support the growth of our business in Brazil. As a Brazil Market Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Kaplan International in Brazil. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including account managers and decision-makers
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and operations teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, sales)
- Native fluency in Portuguese, with proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
