Key Responsibilities- Act as a single point of contact for customers during service job execution
- Assess gaps in service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus, working with engineers and operations managers to mitigate issues identified
- Track completion of service visits and ensure all documentation is completed on time
- Maintain and monitor competency and certification database
- Collaborate with other coordinators to allocate Field Service Engineers resources effectively
You will be part of a dynamic, talented, and high-performing team where you can thrive.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in project management, coordination, or supervision in the field service area
- Enhanced knowledge of the service market in the industrial sector, Oil & Gas, or heavy industry (petrochemical, production, or related)
- PMI certification, advanced Office, SAP, ERPs, or ATS skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a passion for strategic leadership, interpersonal communication, customer orientation, teamwork, organization, and planning
- Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechanical, industrial, mechatronics, electromechanical, or related fields
- Advanced English language skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a hybrid work model, opportunities for professional growth, and a chance to be part of a diverse and inclusive team.
