Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Schedule deliveries and appointments
  • Process orders and track them for customers
  • Manage invoices and facilitate corrections
  • Liaise with Finance and other parties for credit and debit processing
  • Solve issues related to orders, claims management, returns management, and recall management

Main Responsibilities

The Customer Service Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing order management activities, including scheduling deliveries and appointments, processing orders, and tracking them for customers. They will also manage invoices, facilitating corrections as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish and Portuguese)
  • 3-4 years of related experience
