Job Title: Sales Manager

At Docplanner, we're on a mission to revolutionize the healthcare experience. As a Sales Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving our commercial strategy and leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet and exceed their targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize sales processes.
  • Identify and develop new sales channels and revenue streams to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or commercial management.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies effectively.
