We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our Inside Sales team in Latin America. As a key member of our Amazon team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan to drive revenue growth and market share in Latin America.
  2. Build and lead a high-performing Inside Sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagement.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
Requirements:

We're looking for a sales leader with a proven track record of success in Inside Sales, a strong understanding of the Latin American market, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
