This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales development manager to join our fast-growing Growth Markets team, focusing on Corporates in the Americas region. You will be responsible for selling into the largest corporations, building your penetration across teams and individual users, and fully owning your book and business development efforts.
Responsibilities- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the Corporates desk in the Americas.
- Hunting and Farming: Utilize both hunting and farming techniques to build a pipeline of leads and close deals.
- Account Management: Expand on closed deals to penetrate organizations further, embedding Dialectica into the decision-making process.
- Lead Research and Qualification: Conduct thorough research on leads, staying up-to-date with developments, networking, and performing demos.
- Campaign Creation: Collaborate with the Business Development and Product Marketing teams to create unique campaigns and A/B test messages to generate more leads that close faster.
- B2B Sales Experience: At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally on an Enterprise level, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Consultative Approach: Approach sales from a consultative angle, running in-depth discovery calls to understand clients' needs.
- Hunter and Farmer: Demonstrate both hunting and farming skills, building your pipeline through your own skills or coaching your BD team.
- Data-Driven: Utilize data to answer questions, make your case, and scale your efforts using CRMs.
