Job Description
Sales professionals play a vital role in driving business growth and revenue for Siemens Smart Infrastructure. As a Sales Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our portfolio of Medium Voltage Outdoor Systems.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Business Development Professional to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, identifying new sales opportunities and driving profitable growth. You will analyze market trends, customer needs, and value chains to develop effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Analyze market data and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- +8 years of work experience in sales or business development
- Bachelor's degree in Electric Engineering or similar field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is COP 45,000,000 - 90,000,000 per year. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
