We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead our enterprise software sales efforts in Bogotá or Medellin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through innovative outbound campaigns, leveraging LinkedIn, phone calls, and emails.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Manage monthly/yearly quotas of revenue generation, balancing self-generated leads and existing account growth.

Requirements
- 1-4 years of sales/client-facing experience, preferably in software or digital consultancy.
- Excellent communication skills, charisma, and negotiation abilities in English.
- Ability to think strategically, identify growth opportunities, and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho is a plus.
