Job Purpose: The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key enterprise customers, driving profitable new revenue growth, and delivering innovative occupancy solutions that meet the needs of large companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities to achieve agreed sales targets on designated enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain top-level relationships with key accounts to understand their needs and develop clear and comprehensive solutions.
- Work with operations and sales colleagues to ensure a consistent customer experience and develop plans for target customer solution development.
- Share feedback from enterprise customers to support continuous improvement of customer service and solution enhancement.
- Support other strategic business development activities as required.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- B2B solution/service sales and business development background.
- Ability to work with customers to map out appropriate product sets and contract structures.
- Proven ability to develop, manage, track, and close large deals.
- Track record of regularly exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking and commercial results-driven bias.
- Flexible and broad-minded with a disciplined approach to business development.
