**Overview**
Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, and oversee the performance of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales goals.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics and provide insights to improve processes and outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure market needs are met.
- Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget and forecast sales revenue.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
