Responsible in the field and with clients for the implementation of the commercial strategy. In charge of the commercial analysis and the preparation and presentation of proposals aimed at guaranteeing the permanence of the BMS product portfolio

Analysis of the clients in charge and their relationship with the supply chain up to the patient

Analysis of SISMED paltform

Identification of contracting models between EPS and IPS and the role of the Logistics Operator in the drug acquisition process

Preparation of disruptive proposals in conjunction with finance and the value access Proposition Manager within the framework of the current commercial policy

Facilitate communication between the customer service, logistics, quality and finance areas with the accounts in charge

Preparation of negotiation and renegotiation scenarios for virtual platforms

Development and leadership of the account plan for the accounts in charge and relationship with the related areas to achieve the defined objectives.

Preparation of negotiation and renegotiation scenarios for face-to-face negotiations

Analysis of terms of reference and follow-up of offers submitted to guarantee compliance on time

Identification and development of new commercial possibilities to make the BMS portfolio viable, guaranteeing greater access to vulnerable populations

Professional in health and/or administrative areas with experience in managing accounts related to current and future therapeutic areas of BMS

Understanding of the Colombian health system and funding sources for reimbursement of current and future BMS technologies

Knowledge of economic evaluations in health

Knowledge of hiring models between EPS - IPS - OL

Sense of urgency and result orientation.

Availability to travel and work in the field between 60-70% of the time.

Teamwork, have the ability to interact with different areas, communicate results and promote initiatives.

Assertive and empathic communication inside and outside the organization

Understanding the role of each actor within the supply chain

Knowledge of the structure and purchase process of EPS / Logistics Operators / Distributors / IPS related to the BMS portfolio

Minimum experience of 3 years in commercial management of high-cost technologies related to hematology and oncology

**Required languages**: English 50%

Management of office tools (Excel, Power point, and internal management programs)
