**RedValley**, a rapidly growing company in Medellín, is currently seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated **Operations Manager **to join our exciting venture with _**SWEAT440**_. This **Operations Manager** position offers the opportunity to oversee a variety of tasks essential to the smooth functioning of our business. This role requires someone with exceptional organizational skills who can handle a variety of tasks across administration, HR, payroll, scheduling, and metrics tracking. You’ll be the central point for ensuring smooth operations and supporting the leadership team with general administrative responsibilities.
We have partnered with**SWEAT440**, a fitness brand that revolutionizes the traditional workout experience with its unique approach. Combining High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with cross-training and strength training, SWEAT440's workouts are designed for everyone, from beginners to fitness experts. Their innovative classes begin every 10 minutes, ensuring flexibility and convenience for busy lifestyles. SWEAT440 focuses on creating a powerful community atmosphere where coaches and peers motivate and support each other, promoting an environment where fitness goals are not just achieved but exceeded. This dynamic, efficient, and community-centric approach defines the SWEAT440 way of fitness.
**What You'll Do**
- **Scheduling and Payroll Management**: Oversee employee schedules, manage time tracking, and ensure timely payroll processing.
- **Administrative Assistance**: Provide general support to leadership, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
- **HR and Recruitment**: Assist with onboarding, performance tracking, and HR documentation.
- **Metric Tracking and Reporting**: Maintain KPI dashboards and provide weekly reports to leadership.
- **Inventory and Supplies Management**: Ensure studio supplies are well-stocked by coordinating with vendors and monitoring inventory levels.
- **Maintenance Coordination**: Manage in-studio maintenance and cleaning schedules, ensuring the studio operates at peak efficiency.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to optimize operations.
- **Compliance and Policy Implementation**: Ensure operations align with company policies and relevant regulations.
**What You'll Bring To The Team**
- B2 + English
- 2+ years in operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2-3 years of proven ability to manage HR, payroll, scheduling, and administration remotely, preferably for a brick - and - mortar business
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable using collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.
- Proactive and resourceful in overcoming challenges.
