**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Office Operations Management**:
- Oversee the daily operations of our physical office spaces to ensure a safe, clean, and
efficient working environment.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure the office is in top condition.
- Support renovations and construction of new office space.
- ** Team Management**:
- Manage a team of cleaning staff, including scheduling, task assignment, and
performance evaluation.
- Lead by example to foster a culture of excellence, respect, and team collaboration.
- ** Vendor and IT Management**:
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts
and ensuring the timely delivery of services and supplies.
- Manage local IT vendors to ensure our technology infrastructure meets our
operational needs and resolves issues promptly.
- ** Supply Management**:
- Responsible for the procurement and inventory management of office supplies,
equipment, and furniture.
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or productivity.
- ** Employee Experience**:
- Organize and execute employee-related events and incentive trips to enhance team
morale and culture.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to office operations and
facilitate a supportive working environment.
- ** Project Support**:
- Support internal operational projects as needed, providing logístical and
administrative assistance to ensure project success.
**Desired Experience and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally in office management or a similar role.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing staff and fostering a collaborative team
environment.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in vendor management and negotiation.
- Experience with IT infrastructure and vendor management is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with an eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
