About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Genius Sports team as a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Job Description
  • Office Management: You will oversee daily office operations, maintaining a welcoming, safe, and secure environment for internal and external visitors. This includes managing reception, administration, security, events, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, exhibitions/tradeshows, trash disposal, and recycling.
  • Facilities Coordination: You will be responsible for communicating with building managers and landlords to ensure our premises facilities meet our needs. You will also assist the Office Manager with refurbishments, maintenance, and workplace design elements to create a workspace that inspires creativity and innovation.
  • Security and Accessibility: You will champion the protection of our staff, brand, and products, ensuring our office is always secure and compliant with data protection standards.
  • Onboarding: You will assist the Office Coordinator with welcoming new starters, integrating them into the local office culture, organizing events and inductions, and ensuring all practical equipment is set up and paperwork is accessible.
  • Travel Management: You will manage company travel through Egencia, creating itineraries, securing reservations, and proactively recommending improvements.
  • Employee Engagement & Events: You will assist the Office Manager in delivering end-to-end execution of company events, managing budgets, multiple production, and supplier relationships from concept to delivery.
  • Administration: You will own and deliver ad hoc requests or projects from Business Operations or other local teams.
Requirements
  • A strong customer service orientation and passion for creating exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using technology to improve work.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, annual leave allowance, health insurance, skills training, and much more depending on location.
