As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales efforts to new heights.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the business development team, comprising sales representatives and account managers.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share.
- Provide direct coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to optimize their sales effectiveness.
- Prospect and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
- Understand client needs and objectives to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in softwares like HubSpot CRM, Microsoft teams, Zapier.
- Collaborate with the sales manager and other team members to optimize sales strategies and tactics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Continuously strive for personal and professional growth through training and skill development opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using software and sales tools i.e. HubSpot CRM, Microsoft teams, Zapier.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
