**Work from home - Colombia**

**Responsibilities**:

- Motivate and inspire the Outbound Sales team - Luxury Travel Advisors - to ensure sales goals are met
- Hold each Luxury Travel Advisor accountable to meet their highest levels of top-performing sales ability and achievement
- Train, mentor, and coach outbound, relationship-focused, sales initiatives and utilize various sales training techniques to achieve targeted goals
- Coach each Luxury Travel Advisor individually to assess their sales needs to maximize lead conversion rate
- Conduct ongoing coaching of our internal system and remain up to date on any new system launches
- Interpret sales reports, trends, and patterns to improve the overall processes, efficiency, and success of the outbound sales team
- Design and develop training infrastructure to create a training-focused culture
- Review and update training policies on a quarterly basis
- Communicate and interact effectively with decision-makers, at all levels internally and externally
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the manager or their designees

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales within the travel industry
- A 5-star, customer-centric mindset
- Training and facilitation experience required - preferably in both an in-person and virtual setting
- Demonstrated track record of sales success within a customer-service sales environment
- A self-motivated and results-driven mentality
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- A+ verbal and written English communication skills
