As Business Operations Senior Specialist, you will be focused on identifying KPI gaps across, effective creation and implementation of actions which target to overcome all identified challenges. Actively participating in projects related to the mentioned activities.

Main Responsibilities:
- Align customer-facing process on a superregional level and/or globally (create and maintain documentation for core sales process including analysis, forecasting, key deals, and pipeline management)- Optimization of the playbook (the CRM data we are tracking, feedback from the key stakeholders and reviews of the current process are implemented in the new playbook)- Support of superregional/global Sales related planning (Provide specific analysis and input into the global and regional business planning processes including quarterly, half-year and annual business reviews)- Project management - leading cross-functional initiatives towards Customer Facing Departments, defining milestones, implementing the projects on a superregional or global level- Create and manage framework for reporting in CRM and other tools, respond to internal user requests for assistance, troubleshoot system issues, and handle escalations.- Support initiatives in analysis of sales process and identifying and finding solutions to bottlenecks- Assist with increasing productivity and ramp time through creating efficiencies in CRM and other tools.- Develops strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and partners across the company, from different segments of business- Communication of business decisions and analysis of the results to Key Stakeholders (including customer-facing and company management)- Participates in the design and development of the Customer Facing Departments processes (e.g. goal setting, revenue overview, etc.), optimization of existing processes, identifying gaps and makes proposals on the improvements that can be adopted (on internal tools and sales activities) aiming a better business performance and communication of initiatives on operational level by different means.- Identify gaps in communication on Global/Regional level and suggest improvements.- Mentoring and onboarding of newcomers (both internally in department and sales management)- Participation in Infobip Academy if available (presentation and education materials preparation)

Qualifications:
- Professional graduate in Business Management, Economy, and/ or Financial careers.- Advanced English Level (mandatory)- Experience in Go To Market or Sales- +5 years of experience in similar roles
