**HUBSPOT ADMIN AND REVENUE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST**

Remote, Full-Time, COLOMBIA

We are looking for a passionate and talented Hubspot Revenue Operations Specialist to work with our sister company Onfloor Technologies.

ONFLOOR TECHNOLOGIES:
We are a B2B product manufacturing, sales, and marketing company with multiple locations across the United States. We offer our products directly to contractors, distributors, and through e-commerce platforms. Our company is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a talented and experienced HubSpot Admin and Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team and help us optimize our sales and marketing processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a HubSpot Admin and Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM and revenue operations processes. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage and maintain our HubSpot CRM, including data entry, lead tracking, and reporting. You will ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date, and that our sales and marketing teams have access to the information they need to make informed decisions.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing processes to increase revenue and efficiency. You will work with our sales and marketing teams to identify areas for improvement and implement processes that help us achieve our goals.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing our sales and marketing data, and using that information to make data-driven decisions.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation and nurturing campaigns. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop campaigns that target our ideal customers and move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure HubSpot integrations are working smoothly. You will work with our IT team to ensure that our HubSpot integrations are working as expected, and that we are taking advantage of all the features that HubSpot has to offer.
- Train new and existing employees on the use of HubSpot and revenue operations processes. You will be responsible for training new employees on how to use HubSpot and our revenue operations processes, as well as providing ongoing training and support to our existing employees.
- Develop and maintain documentation for HubSpot and revenue operations processes. You will be responsible for documenting our HubSpot and revenue operations processes, and ensuring that our sales and marketing teams have access to the information they need to be successful.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features and best practices and make recommendations for implementation. You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features and best practices, and making recommendations for implementation that help us achieve our goals.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a HubSpot Admin or similar role.
- Experience with revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to develop and implement sales and marketing processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong fluent spoken and written English proficiency.
- Experience with e-commerce sales and marketing is a plus.
- HubSpot certifications are a plus.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- You will be a key revenue operations force multiplier.
- You will 3-5X our speed for implementing new hubspot builds.
- You will be a key implementation partner for agile deployment of marketing campaigns and sales enablement enhancements.
- You partner with key revenue operations team members to transform how we delight internal customers, equipping them with the tools that they need to delight our external customers.

LOCATION AND WORK SCHEDULE:
