Establecer la infraestructura y el modelo operativo necesario para garantizar la ejecución efectiva y rentable de los
servicios operativos. Your Responsibilities

1. Gestionar el servicio con los clientes actuales y asegurar el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio estipulados en contrato. Establecer planes de recuperación sobre las desviaciones en el nivel de servicio.

2. Participar, supervisar y validar el proceso comercial.

3. Liberar soluciones tecnicas.liberar propuestas de recotizacion (right pricing).

4. Actualizar tarifas segun contrato. Diseñar e implementar la estrategia comercial en CONTRACT LOGISTICS, en conjunto con el equipo comercial.

5. Diseñar y desarrollar el plan de negocio anual y a medio plazo de la unidad de negocio. Establecer los objetivos financieros de la unidad de negocio en función al objetivo anual de Contract Logistics. Supervisar y administrar el p&l a nivel nacional.

6. Autorizar el rolling forecast mensual de la unidad de negocio. Identificar los requerimientos operativos en los centros de distribución y gestionar el proceso de compra en coordinación con la Direccion de finanzas.

7. Diseñar y validar los procesos (SOP) generales y particulares de operación, normatividad en la unidad de negocio, asi como la supervision de su cumplimiento, conforme a las politicas corporativas. Difundir y asegurar el cumplimiento de los lineamientos (guidelines) corporativos. evaluar desempeño de la gerencia del centro de distribución. Supervisar la evaluación periodica del cumplimiento de kpi ́s de proveedores del centro de distribucion.

8. Actualizar las descripciones de puesto en la organizacion de almacenes dedicados/compartidos (FT/FW) de acuerdo a las necesidades operativas y requerimientos de servicios.

9. Supervisar que los empleados de la unidad de negocio cumplan con el perfil de puesto que ocupan y diseñar los planes de acción/desarrollo en conjunto con los Gerentes operativos y de establecer objetivos para la unidad de negocio e individuales que nos ayuden a evaluar su desempeño en conformidad con la normatividad de la organizacion (RH, CL, finanzas, QSHE y seguridad).

10. Promover la capacitación multifuncional en la organizacion con el objetivo de fortalecer el talento en la unidad de negocio.

Your Skills and Experiences
  • Profesional en Administración, Comercio Exterior y/o Ingenieria Industrial.
  • Amplia experiencia de al menos 5 años en negocio CONTRACT LOGISTICS (almacén, distribución, transporte, inventarios).
  • Experiencia en empresas de Logística o posiciones similares. INDISPENSABLE Experiencia gerenciando equipos.
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a otros países y disponibilidad para extender eventualmente su jornada laboral para atender necesidades de proyectos.
