About the Department:

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Billing Operations team for the Americas, ensuring seamless customer billing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and nurture a team of 9 billing analysts.
  • Enhance collaboration with adjacent departments, support teams, and clients.
  • Oversee the monthly billing cycle, including closing and reporting tasks.
  • Address and resolve inquiries and escalations from both internal and external customers.

In this Role, You Will:

  • Supervise and guide the operational Billing team across the Americas region.
  • Collaborate with fellow team leaders to achieve favorable Key Performance Indicators aligned with established Service Level Agreements.
  • Act as a strategic partner for management and internal departments, offering insights and support on all billing-related matters.
  • Drive initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of billing processes.
  • Engage in local and international projects with enthusiasm.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
  • Bilingual in English.
  • Demonstrates leadership by example and is committed to mastering departmental operations.
  • Possesses strong communication, conflict resolution, and team development abilities.
