About the Department:
The primary focus is to oversee the Billing Operations team across the Americas, ensuring seamless customer billing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of 9 billing analysts.
- Enhance collaboration with adjacent departments, clients, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the monthly billing cycle, including closing and reporting tasks.
- Address and resolve internal and external customer inquiries and escalations.
In this role, you will:
- Direct and assess the operational Billing team for the Americas region.
- Collaborate with fellow team leaders to achieve positive Key Performance Indicators aligned with established Service Level Agreements.
- Act as a strategic partner for management and internal departments, offering guidance on all billing-related matters.
- Drive improvements and provide insights on the evolution of billing processes.
- Engage in local and international projects with enthusiasm.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- At least 4 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
- Bilingual in English.
- Exemplifies leadership and is committed to mastering departmental activities.
- Possesses strong communication, conflict resolution, and team development abilities.
