Como representante de ventas de la línea de Cirugía, Cuidado Crítico y Monitoreo de pacientes (Surgical & ACM), serás el enlace vital entre nuestras tecnologías - dispositivos médicos y los profesionales de la salud. Tu función implicará entender las necesidades específicas de cada institución médica y presentar soluciones que mejoren la calidad de la atención al paciente.

El portafolio de Surgical & ACM hace parte de la división Quirófano & UCI agrupa una amplia gama de dispositivos como Suturas, Energía Avanzada, Accesos, Instrumentos, Sutura Mecánica, entre otros.

La posición tendrá como base la ciudad de Medellín y su área metropolitana. Los clientes a atender se encuentran en este territorio.

Un día en la Vida

Las responsabilidades pueden incluir las siguientes y se pueden asignar otras tareas:

  • Promover y vender los productos y servicios de Medtronic dentro de un área geográfica asignada y/o cuentas de clientes específicas para cumplir o superar los objetivos de ventas.
  • Desarrollar, construir y fortalecer relaciones a largo plazo con las partes interesadas, incluidos distribuidores y profesionales de la salud.
  • Responsable de buscar clientes potenciales, evaluar necesidades y brindar servicios de productos para maximizar los beneficios derivados de los productos y/o servicios de Medtronic.
  • Proporcionar educación sobre los productos y/o servicios de la empresa.
  • Realizar investigaciones de mercado que incluyen actividades de clientes y competidores.
  • Implementar planes/estrategias de desarrollo de mercado y realizar cambios según sea necesario.
  • Comunicar los comentarios de los clientes sobre nuevos productos y/o modificaciones a productos o aplicaciones existentes a las partes interesadas internas, incluidas I+D, Operaciones y Marketing.

Requisitos

  • Bachiller Administración, Carrera de la salud o cualquier área relacionada
  • Experiencia demostrable de 2 años en el área comercial y procesos relacionados
  • Profesional en áreas administrativas o relacionadas con el sector salud
  • Suficiencia en herramientas de Office: Excel*, PowerPoint, Word
  • Inglés intermedio
  • Disponibilidad para viajar esporádicamente
