"Manage complete and accurate project files and documentation (Dropbox). Research (primarily ConEd) incentives; C&I Program and Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program. Compile, submit, and track utility application packages. Complete engineering calculations of energy and carbon emissions (Local Law 97) savings and build financial models to define return on investment. Support Sales staff with developing technical service and project proposals. Manage bid processes and coordination with vendors / subcontractors. Manage relationships with contractors. Support Sales staff in meetings, presentations, and other appointments with clients and partners. Research utility incentives; ConEd C&I Program and Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program, PSEG NJ Program and understand their applicability to energy projects. Contribute toward the continued development of tools, templates, and resources. Support the project accounting and billing processes. Ensure on-time delivery of high quality, detailed, error-free products. "
