Descripción del empleo Acerca del rol**Las principales responsabilidades de este rol son brindar servicio a los clientes a través del trabajo de asesoría y detección de oportunidades, respondiendo en tiempo y calidad a las solicitudes y con un análisis profundo de las variables estratégicas para el negocio.


Somos los encargados de garantizar la satisfacción del cliente a través del cumplimiento de planes de servicio analítico especializado a las necesidades de nuestro cliente.


Responsabilidades

  • Colaborar en el análisis e interpretación de la información de los servicios que NielsenIQ brinda al Cliente.
  • Llevar el control del modelo de servicio de las cuentas de nuestros retailers.
  • Preparar órdenes de trabajo (job orders).
  • Contacto continuo con cliente interno y externo. Seguimiento a las solicitudes de servicio de los clientes.
  • Asesorar a los clientes en temas de investigación de mercado para facilitarles la toma de decisiones.
  • Realizar presentaciones e informes dirigidos a cumplir con los objetivos establecidos con el cliente.
  • Ejecutar actividades relacionadas con proyectos especiales para facilitar el desarrollo de nuevos productos y procesos que satisfagan las necesidades de la empresa y los clientes.
  • Desarrollo de materiales de "thought leadership" para elevar nuestro análisis y agregar valor al servicio dado a nuestros clientes y sus estrategias.
  • Garantizar la ejecución de los indicadores de calidad y servicio del área de Customer Success. (QR Code, QBO's, NPS, Delivery tools KPI's, entre otros).

Requisitos
Habilidades técnicas

  • Grado en Administración, Ingeniería, Economía, Sistemas, Estadística o similar.
  • Experiência: 6 meses y 1 año máximo en investigación de mercado, áreas de trade marketing, o trabajando con consultorías o agencias de investigación de mercado.
  • Nível de Excel: intermedio.
  • Nível de Inglés: intermedio.
  • Gestión de base de datos.
  • Manejo de herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos: Power BI (Básicointermedio).
Habilidades blandas

  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas.
  • Sólidas habilidades de pensamiento matemático, estadístico y numérico.
  • Habilidades comerciales y de comunicación efectiva.

Deseable:Tableau, Python, R, Access, Desarrollo de Macros, VBA.
