RequirementsMore than 1 year of relevant hybrid experience in marketing, strategy, and creativity, ideally in consumer goods, online marketing, or agency environments.
Experience in Influencer Marketing: scouting, management, negotiation & fostering good relationships.
Strong communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Strong service orientation, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
High energy and a can-do attitude.
Goal-oriented, fast-learning, and autonomous worker.
A solid network of relationships with top brands and/or agencies.


Responsibilties:

  • Influencer strategy and management.
  • Develop strategic and creative proposals and budgets responsively for a range of clients.
  • Ensure flawless execution of each campaign, maintaining continuous communication with all stakeholders.
  • Effectively connect with clients, understanding their needs, and cooperate with them.
  • Maintain high levels of sales activities through exceptional organization and time management.
  • Bring C-level relationships at top brands, agencies, and publishers.
  • Close deals with existing relationships.
