What the day will look like

Executive Benefits Jr Actuary: Supports our marketers who assist prospective clients with solutions for executives and physicians employed by tax-exempt organizations and executive officers at for-profit corporations. In addition to the items mentioned below, this person would be expected to learn mechanics of life insurance and disability insurance to understand how these financial vehicles are used as solutions in the executive benefits marketplace.
  • Shadow two design team members for knowledge learning of physician-based disability programs and split dollar life insurance solutions for Credit Unions.
  • Running life insurance illustrations used in solutions for various programs.
  • Conversion of financial reports from PDF format to excel.
  • Daily tracking and logging of the 10- & 20-year treasury rates; these rates are used to measure the long term applicable federal rates for split dollar programs.
  • Financial analysis and assessment of benefit programs being considered in the sales proposal.
  • Production of client ready exhibits from financial analysis; assist with the production of PPT presentations for our marketers.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from the marketers on new sales opportunities, and from team leaders who administer programs for existing Aon clients.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • 2 years of experience.
  • English level of at least B2, that is going to evaluated.
  • Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Must have advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering or Economy. Also, post-graduate formation in actuary, analytics and finance or SOA exams is a plus.
